Stage A Log - DJ Sonar

Ok, so the introduction wasn't the greatest of intros, but there were a few issues at the time:

1. The Car wasn't fully race ready and tested
2. I did it about an hour before my gig at a nightclub

As you know, I am DJ Sonar - DJ to the masses. I mainly DJ at the nightclub "Luna's Eclipse" in Canterlot - Which is owned by the great Princess Luna. Not many ponies know that I actually helped to set up and design the club itself. We have great parties there. Anyway, back to the important stuff...

My car is a Lotus Elise 111S. Yes, it's a Featherweight, but I love the car. It's easy to drive for begginers, as if you cock up, you can easily correct the car. I (generally) race in the Stalliongrad Racing League, which is why the car has Stalliongrad Plates - Even though the car was bought from the dealer in Buckston. Since I started 12 months ago, I managed to get to the standard needed for Running Of The Leaves - I knew about it a long time ago, as I am a keen racer, and have done my studying about racing. Although I effectively don't have my own team, I still have all the components needed for a team.

The Stage

I started with a pony called Fluttershy - She was a very shy and quiet pony, but I could tell she was kind and caring. Just before the race, I actually met her in a cafe, and had a chat to her. She soon perked up. She told me about her car, a Mitsubishi Evo. I knew they were pretty quick, with rallying caliber. I knew she'd be quick.

Overall, I was pretty happy with my performance. Although I was beaten by Fluttershy, it wasn't like I didn't keep up with her, and I managed to keep a consistent time of 1:52/1:53 per checkpoint (All the checkpoints are around the same length and difficulty). I am relatively a new racer to the group, so I don't expect much. I'm also against cars like Nissan GT-Rs. They're really quick. So overall, I don't expect to win, if your wondering. But I don't expect to come last either. Anyway, as for crashes, I did have a lapse in concentration at one point - I managed to only get some very minor damage, but lost two seconds on the checkpoint time. I also had a little scraping against the wall, but this was also minor, and didn't cost time. What did cost time was some of the traffic. I'm sure some of them were driving dangerously slow...
